A friend of mine decided he wanted to go on a trip. He looked on the Wyndham.com web site and selected the Silver Sevens Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. He booked a Standard Room with 2 Queen beds for a total of $148.66 for two nights. He did not apply for a Wyndham Rewards membership.
I decided join my friend in Las Vegas. I am a Wyndham Rewards Gold Member.
A few days ago I received an e-mail from Wyndham Rewards as shown below.
******************
Subject: “Autumn Adventures Ahead: Save 10–20% or More”.
In the e-mail body it said:
Stay 2 Consecutive Nights and save 15% or More.
For these limited-time savings, book our Wyndham Rewards or Insider Rate by Oct. 26, 2026 and complete your stay by Mar. 1, 2027.

In the message was a button that said “Book Now”. I clicked on the button and was taken to a Wyndham web site where I logged into my Wyndham Rewards account. I selected the Silver Sevens Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. For the same dates, I booked the same Standard Room with 2 Queen beds for a total of $148.66 for two nights.
Why am I being quoted the same price for the same dates and room type as my friend who is NOT a Wyndham Rewards member?
I am also not seeing any way to select the 15% savings that I was promised in the e-mail.
Please take your time to research this issue. I am not in a hurry.
